The shelving units can be equipped with partition walls or fitting inserts for storing e.g. bolts, spare parts and fittings, which makes it possible to store many different small items without losing sight of the overview. When the items become very small, drawer shelves with drawers are the solution. The plastic drawers are designed so that the shelf space is optimally utilized in our steel racks. Dividers are available for the drawers to divide the drawers, both lengthwise and crosswise.

Pallet racks for flexible and heavy loads
Skov Industri produces pallet racks that are among the market’s most preferred. We are order producers, and in our own production we are happy to manufacture customized pallet racks, special solutions with standard components. This provides total solutions with optimal results. We also produce pallet racks with high load capacity for heavy loads or large loads that require a lot of space.
All ladders for our pallet racks are delivered fully assembled with foot plates, which saves time during assembly and ensures that your pallet racks are correctly assembled. The load-bearing beams in our pallet racks are made of strong IPE profiles, which are fitted with a locking piece with a safety pin – the greater the load, the better the locking.
As additional security for the beams, a steel split is inserted, which under all conditions ensures that the beams are not lifted by the ladders. Even with very large loads, IPE beams with minimal height are used, which means optimal utilization of the pallet space and high load capacity.
The support beams in our pallet racks have the smallest deflection on the market. Beams and ladders are iron phosphated and powder coated, which provides the best corrosion protection and durability. Optimum security in the warehouse is built from the ground up.

For example, a load-bearing beam must have a maximum deflection of 1/200 of its length, and a beam with a length of 2800 mm must have a maximum deflection of 14 mm, to ensure optimal load-bearing capacity and stability. The support beams in our pallet racks have the smallest deflection on the market!
