All frames are delivered pre-assembled with base plates, ensuring fast and correct installation as well as optimal stability from the outset. The load beams, made from IPE profiles with locking mechanisms and steel safety pins, provide maximum safety even under heavy loads, while deflection is kept to a minimum to optimize space on each pallet.

Together with our regular partner, we offer rack inspections with subsequent reports and certification in accordance with applicable legal requirements. It is a requirement from the Danish Working Environment Authority that rack inspections are carried out annually.

The following conditions must be observed:

  • All pallets must be intact and suitable for the load
  • Pallets must be correctly positioned on the beams
  • All beams and frames must have load signage
  • All beams must be secured with safety pins
  • Damaged parts must be replaced immediately
  • Pallet racking must be anchored to the floor

The standard colours for our pallet racking are Rack Grey, Rack Blue, Pure Orange, and Window Grey. For a small additional cost, we can powder-coat pallet racking in any colour according to the RAL colour scale. If additional protection is required in demanding environments, pallet racking can also be supplied in a galvanized version, providing increased durability and strong resistance to corrosion
