The MATADOR module is built as a solid sandwich construction consisting of two steel cassettes enclosing a sound-absorbing layer of mineral wool. This proven design ensures effective noise reduction and a long service life, no matter where the module is installed. The modules can be connected and stacked to heights of up to 9 meters, making them flexible and suitable for many purposes.

Noise reduction with the MATADOR module

The MATADOR module is our proven building block for noise reduction and industrial space division in production, laboratories, and technical areas. It is a robust sandwich construction with steel cassettes and a sound-damping core, ensuring effective noise reduction and a long service life.

We handle the full process, from measurement and consultancy to design, production, installation, and ongoing service. This means fewer handovers, faster progress, and a solution aligned with service access, ventilation, and daily workflows.

Our own installers work nationwide, also in existing production environments. We plan downtime and shielding carefully, so operations are affected as little as possible. The MATADOR module can later be rebuilt or moved, so the investment continues to deliver value as layouts change.

If you need to divide areas without rebuilding the entire building from scratch, the MATADOR module is a reliable path to professional space division. A modular wall can be installed as a screen wall or a full modular wall, from floor to ceiling, or as local shielding at half-door height.

The system suits industrial space division where you want calmer zones around processes, storage, laboratories, or technical installations.

We include service access from the start, for example with doors, gates, and removable fields. This makes maintenance faster and helps you avoid dismantling half the construction for something as simple as a filter change. At the same time, the modular walls can be extended or moved when production needs to change, without long shutdowns.

The MATADOR module stands out clearly from more conventional solutions for noise reduction and space division because it is so flexible and easy to adapt to many different needs and environments. Traditional solutions are often static and require larger interventions when changes are needed, while the MATADOR module is designed to be moved, extended, and rebuilt again and again without compromising stability or functionality.

The self-supporting, robust system makes it possible to create tailored solutions that can carry technical installations and meet high requirements for noise reduction, appearance, and durability.

Over the years, we have produced and delivered thousands of MATADOR modules, not only as standard, but also in several special versions. We offer modules in galvanized steel for outdoor use and stainless steel for the food industry. We also produce special sizes so the solution can fit existing rooms and specific needs. For the most demanding tasks, we can deliver a 150 mm double-post construction that provides extreme noise reduction and can be used as a fire-rated BS-60 separation.
